I forgot my password. How can I get my password?
On the Log-In page there is a button that says "Forgot your Log In ID or password?". Click on it and it will take you to a page to look up your account. On the menu, select how you would like to find your account. In the value field enter the exact match for how you want to find your account. For employees it may be easiest to use your employee number. Click the search button to look up your account. If the account found is yours click on the "e-mail it" button to have it sent to the e-mail address you provided during the sign-up process.

When I request my password, I am told my account doesn't have an e-mail address. How can I get my password?
The system e-mails your password to the address associated with your account. If you do not have any e-mail address, you can request that your password be sent to a friend who has an e-mail account. If you have access to the Internet you can also sign up for a free e-mail address. You can send a message to the webmaster with the e-mail address that you would like to use here.

How can I change my password?
After logging on to the portal, you can change your password using the change profile page. You will have to enter your current password, and the desired new password twice.

Can I get my password reset?
Passwords are stored encrypted and can not be reset. Passwords can be retrieved at the e-mail address you provided during the sign up process. If you did not provide an e-mail address, you can send a message to the webmaster requesting that your account be updated with a valid e-mail address. If you have Lotus Notes and the portal was able to find your e-mail address, then your password will automatically be sent to your Notes account.

When I opened my e-mail the password had funny characters in it. What can I do?
Sometimes passwords become corrupt. If your password contains boxes, little pictures or other characters that you do not see on your keyboard, you may still be able to use the password. Try cutting and pasting the password into the password field of the logon page. If your e-mail program doesn't have a cut option in the Edit menu, you may be able to use the "ctrl-c" keystroke. If you can't log on using this method, send a message to the webmaster to see if the database can be fixed.
